I have been feeling needle like pain in my throat since yesterday.. I have migraine also. 1.5 years back I got RCT done on my left side of tooth

Hi madam,
First of all make sure that there is no chance of any foreign body like fish bone in your throat. If there is, then consult an otolaryngologist and remove it.
Otherwise, it can be due to pharyngo-tonsillitis. You may need antibiotics and antihistamines.
Presently do warm saline gargle
Regarding migraine, if it is already diagnosed by any doctor, then take the prophylactic medication regularly.
