Pain in facial region is one of the most troublesome things. Facial region has lots of sensitive structures closely related. As ENT has ruled out ENT causes you will need assessment for facial pain. MRI is a confirmatory modality for TMJ joint pain but it doesn’t offer additional details except to confirm that your issue could be in jaw joint.
Next Steps
A personal assessment or consult will help me advice you better.
Health Tips
TMJ pain doesn’t go away just like the other pain of teeth ... teeth pain is easier to treat say with filling, rct or extractions. Be prepared for multiple opinions but I can suggest ways to minimise your discomfort in pain management.
