Pain in ear
From past 2-3 days I am having pain in my right ear only when I chew something. It is normal otherwise. Only when I chew with my right jaw (and it is also not always) it pains. It seems like my muscles of ear are stretching. Just now I sneezed and all my right ear muscles stretched and it pained a lot. Can you please guide me reason for it or do I need to worry in this case?

That is inflammation in your TMJ region. Avoid chewing on the affected side and take plenty of hot fluids!
