While breathing pain occ urs in chest and chest feels heavily before it I have gas problem but I take the medicine which solve the problem

looks like you have acidity problems,continue medicines for acidity and also visit a nearby chest physician or physician for breathing discomfort. you need to get a chest xray done to rule out any lung disease.
