  3. Pain in chest muscle. Help in this!

Pain in chest muscle
There was little pain in chest muscle in and around nipple for the last 2 years. But since 1 month it has increased a bit and I feel uncomfortable while sleeping. During day it didn't cause much problem but at night I can't sleep properly. Especially when I try to sleep either in the left or right side. I visited one general physician but he gave pain killer and medicine for gas. Please help in this regard. I fear regarding cancer. Please suggest some medical test and medical specialist to whom I can visit.
