Pain in chest.
Felling Heavyness in left side of chest after eating or drinkung some thing. Fell heart beat sometime. i can see the pumping the heart beat. My arms and sholder and hand also get paining

All symptoms don't fit in heart problem. Mostly due to acidity. Nothing to worry
