Your symptoms could be due to insufficient vitamins and minerals.Though your vitamin d is around 30 ng , desired level is above 45.Supplements are unlikely to have caused leg pain.Try magnesium supplement for a few days along with vitamin k2.With your diet and lifestyle management you certainly have brought down the hba1c,target for age should be 7 or less.
Home remedies for calf and foot pain include applying ice or heat packs, stretching calf muscles, using foam rollers or self-myofascial release, massaging with arnica oil or peppermint oil, taking warm Epsom salt baths, wearing orthotics or compression socks, and practicing gentle exercises like toe curls and heel raises to alleviate tension and promote healing.
