Pain in buttock at the left side
Pain in buttock at the left side the pain goes down the leg from the back of the thigh to calf n foot making it uneasy to move or walk properly. The intensity of pain is very less while the body is relaxed it starts paining while walking or any other movements that stretches the leg and the butt.

Get  a mri lumbosacral spine as soon as possible Do not bend or lift heavy object U can start hot fomentation Take any muscle relaxant
