Pain in Bowel Movement
I am having this pain in bowel movement. The pain persists after defecation. There is no pain in anus, neither do I have any stomach cramps. It seems like some cramp in my hole down there. I touched something down there, and it hurt pretty bad.

Seems like you are having PID. It has nothing to do with your bowel movements. You are having an inflammation of the pelvis how you can say vaginitis. You should start with antibiotic ofloxacin one tablet two times a day for 7 days along with medicine for abdominal pain which is drotaverine 1 tab 2 times a day.
Next Steps
I would advise you to consult a gynecologist
Health Tips
you also need to avoid UTI and drink a lot of Cranberry juice.
