Health Tips
Keep your body hydrated. Although the body easily adapts to low water intake, optimum hydration is necessary to eliminate uric acid from your system. Water dilutes uric acid levels in the blood, and stimulates the kidneys to pass on waste products to the bladder. Recommendations vary, but a good rule of thumb is to divide your body weight by two, to determine the number of ounces appropriate for daily intake.

From the description of your symptoms It looks like you might be having plantar fasciitis. It commonly occurs in athletes, or people who stand and walk a lot in their job. Being overweight could also cause some problems. I am not sure if you fit into one of these categories. A detailed history is necessary to confirm diagnosis. I would recommend you consult a physician because if left untreated it can cause chronic pain and will be hard to treat
Next Steps
Also try getting a shoe with cushioned sole. There are several exercises that can help with plantar fasciitis. Many patients have gotten good relief from ayurvedic treatments
