I am having pain in complete body. Pain occurs anytime doing something or sitting idle. I am moderate active person. My BMD T score is -1.5.
But my
vitamin d and
calcium tests are perfect. Ra factor and
thyroid is also negative. All reports are normal. I have seen an orthopedic, he suggested to exercise more and to have calcium and vitamin d supplements.
What I am concerned is, if my calcium and vitamin d levels are normal, do I need to take their supplements?
Can there be any other reason I have low bmd?
