Pain in bones and muscles
I am having pain in complete body. Pain occurs anytime doing something or sitting idle. I am moderate active person. My BMD T score is -1.5. But my vitamin d and calcium tests are perfect. Ra factor and thyroid is also negative. All reports are normal. I have seen an orthopedic, he suggested to exercise more and to have calcium and vitamin d supplements. What I am concerned is, if my calcium and vitamin d levels are normal, do I need to take their supplements? Can there be any other reason I have low bmd? Thanks

Low Bone mineral Density is when your bone density is lower than normal, but not low enough to be considered osteoporosis. It may mean that you have a greater chance of getting osteoporosis if you lose bone in the future because you have less bone to lose. So ur doctor is correct exercise n take calcium n Vit D supplements
