Pain in between toe and heal and heal
Moving Pain in heal from last 2 years and from last 2 months paint in between toe and heals started. Consulted allopathy and homeopathic but no relief

These symptoms are not enough to diagnose completely. But all most heal pain are due to calcium loss and heavy weight. Don't worry this will be cure completely with ayurveda. You should apply some ramedy and make proper your lifestyle. Advice. 1. You should not stand at one place for long time at least you should walk 2 minutes between 30 minutes. 2. Wear soft soal chappal. 3. If you have indigestion, solve it this is the main cause of this. 3. Every night apply Luke warm TIL TAIL (SESMUM INDICUM OIL) on heal with gantle hand don't press more or so light. Give light massage at least 5 minutes. 4. Then deep you foot in luke warm water for 30 min.

Pain is heal is most commonly in condition called calcenal spur..If it is heal pain it might be calceneaur spur but i m sure that u have already consult with physician and other drs they have told u to do x ray....and pain in toe may be a tottaly different...if it is pain between toe and heal area then it may be plantar facsitis...but dont get sacred i am advising u some Ayurvedic medicine have it u feel good and u urself can see the result...

if there is severe pain from long time and now its severe then we have to do one procedure called agni karma over which have terrific results over your problems... Wear soft footwears... if possible put ur both legs in hot water for 15 mins... Avoid chana,harbara,curd and food which is made one day before....

Got Ur pain n concern though it's unfortunate but you need to complete ten thousands steps every day for a month along with minimal warm up with Ur coach as u may not be frequently working out exercises then only can be endurance and fitness grabbed. If there is no history of trauma.
