Pain in back
Used to seat long time for my work and study. And at night while going to bed feel pain in back. Spine , weist. It is uncomfortable. Used to take paracetamol. Any other pain killer or any different medicine can any one suggest please.

It could be related to poor posture. You need further clinical examination and imaging studies to diagnose the problem. Meanwhile you can improve your posture and do some back exercises.

Hello , if u have back pain which is going towards your legs , it might be a lumbar radiculopathy, either ways pls get an x ray lumbosacral spine AP & Lateral view done and post so we can know further. For back pain take Tab.Etova MR rather than paracetamol (inaffective in back issues)
