Pain like shock near upper right side of back. X-ray report came normal. What to do? Please help. My child is 6 months old so need medication keeping that in mind.

Hi Do not panic if its only one episode of pain We need some more information (symptoms) from you If u have repeated episodes of such kind of pain kindly get USG abdomen to rule out renal calculi(stone) or gall bladder pathology
