Pain in back lower
I am getting pain at my spinal caught down side.what should i do. I am getting this problem from yesterday night.

Are u getting pain at the tip of ur spinal bone . Its known as coccyxodynia. Its very painful while sitting.. mainly occurs due to long term sitting and that too on a hard couch.

use of tube or ring cushion for sitting.. have to sit in warm water everyday for 2-3 weeks for 10 mins daily. take tab naprosyn 250 mg daily twice for 10 days. let me knw hw much it helps
