Pain in back bone

My back bone paining from last 7-8 month. No any injury.pain in last bone of vertibral coloumn.i am feeling that the bone is growing gradually. Pain is occur more (intolerable ) When im Stand Up from sitting position like Chair or bus seat or etc. Is there any serious problem. Second problem is my knees is paining anytime, im feeling heavyness in my legs.

Ensure that you maintain an appropriate posture while working or sitting or walking....Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement...take over the counter pain medications.. Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.

It could be spondyloarthopathy....from ur symptomatic history its like a facet joint problem...kindly consult a pain physician for further evaluation...
