I want to know what can be the cause behind little pain in the arms while walking for 30 minutes or 1 hour.

Hello there, Reasons can be many.. from mild anaemia to cervical rib to simply..fatigue. If there are other symptoms of tiredness/muscle cramps repeatedly, please consult.
