Pain in arms
I have intermittent pain in right underarm that spreads to sometimes chest or back and sometimes even legs or both arms. I even feel nausea after that pain. What can this be a sign of? Note- I had very mild covid one month ago.

It seems you have to correct your body posture while you are working from home. A software engineer, most likely working online for long hours have a tendency for bodyaches. Take simple paracetamol dose alongwith change in your sitting posture. Try and go for a walk if having sedentery lifestyle. Have a good day 👍
