What is neuropathic pain? Is pain in legs, arms, back any way associated with coronary artery disease or not?

Hello Dear Neuropathic pain is a pain caused due to nerve affection. Pain in arms and neck is certainly related to coronary heart disease. Pain in back is rarely related and pain in legs is not related to heart disease.
