Is there tenderness ( pain on palpation ) and swelling
If tenderness present then 5 day course of anti inflammatory
If no tenderness then it is not due to vaccine
Next Steps
check joint movements
it may be joint problem

If there was something related to the vaccine, then the pain would have remained constant , since the pain has just recently appeared , it’s just muscular pain
