You may be suffering from upper respiratory tract infection due increased blood sugar levels which results in pain in shoulder and arm

check your BP and blood sugar levels ,do respiratory excercise , take slow long inspiration and expiration,take monticope 1at night,tab. clavam650 twice a day for 3 day, tab.dolonex twice a day for 3days
