Pain in anus
I am suffering from anus pain while passing stool from past 3 weeks. I have concerns a doctor and he gave 1 week medicine but that's not working out.please advice

I believe you might be suffering from an anal fissure. The best thing to do is to have enough water, some laxative ( isabgol etc) and a local ointment application (anovate / diltact). Also, sitting in warm water twice a day will help. You an try this for a weak or so. In case still no relief, please visit a doctor.
