Pain in abdomen stitches

Asked for Female, 24 Years

On 1st dec 2015, my wife had C section delivery for girl now after 2.5 months, she felt pain in her abdomen & stitches, how to heal those things properly. Need your suggestions. Note: still breastfeeding to the Lil Angel. Thanks

Hello, oxytocin is an harmone which is responsible for ejection of milk ,which also contracts uterus. Pain could be due to mild uterine contractions or delayed wound healing. Discharge from wound site , fever , local tenderness all are symptoms of wound sepsis . In that case you must take her to doctor. If its mild vague pain you can neglect it .
