Pricking Pain near navel since morning sometimes less sometimes more and sometimes slight spasm in lower abdomen...currently on ciplox tz medication for infection...also wound near navel not healed(subtotal colectomy on 27.03.2019)plz tell what should be done??

Wounds sometimes take longer time depending on its size, cause, and other Conditions. Infection if present needs to be controlled. Picture shows some discharge but whether it is pus or not needs to be differentiated. Many different agents/ MEDICINES are available for wound healing depending on its condition.
