Pain in abdomen (lower left)
Have a pain in my lower left side of abdomen. My left testes is sometimes very slightly painful to touch as well (usually when I haven't drunk water for a while). Not sure if it's a kidney or some other problem. Over the past 2-3 years feel like the testes/ball sack have shrunken down too.
