Pain in abdomen and vaginal itching
I've been diagnosed with changes in cervicitis with minimal free fluid discharge c/w PID and simple left ovarian simple follicular cyst.
Although I wasn't involved in any sexual intercourse. Still I got a PID . Is it because of some other reason? What should be the treatment ?

Don't worry , what symptoms do you have?
Only scan findings is not needed to diagnose PID.
Free fluid can be normal as we have fluid in pod after ovulation.
Follicular cyst also doesn't require treatment, it will resolve on it's own.
Clear white discharge also can be normal.
Have you got vaccination done for HPV?
Treatment is full course of antibiotics if diagnosis is confirmed.
