Every morning I wake up with extreme pain in back and abdomen. It subsides by day. It becomes more in periods and I find it difficult to walk and sit for long.

Hi there, As u are a software professional , I can assume that prolonged sitting hrs with lack of sun exposure is there. Take Vit D3 ( Calcirol sachet in full cream milk) once a week for 6 weeks, and try and visit a physician to rule out any other causes as it will require a thorough clinical examination.
