Pain during urination
Since last three days my father experiencing pain during urination. He is also facing difficulty in controlling urination. He has fever & high blood pressure. His random blood sugar was 190mg/dl We has diagonse with moderate prostate enlargement ( 55g). Please suggest the next steps.

He must have a uti caused by enlarged prostate and uncontrolled diabetes A. He needs Strict diabetes control... Lifelong but esp. right now. Check sugars every 2 4 days 1. Fasting sugars after 6 hours of taking no food at all-- must be bwn 100 and 130 2. Post meals sugar --2 hrs after lunch or dinner --- must always be bwn 140-170 Once sugars r under control...
