Most likely you are suffering from Anal fissure. You should take sitz bath (hot water tub bath) 3 times a day followed by application of some soothing and healing ointment like Sushruta ointment/ Coconut oil / cow's ghee. Take care of your bowel movements. If you are constipated; you should take some stool softening ayurvedic medicine like Sushruta Churna/ Haritaki Churna 1 tea spoon full with warm water in night. Take adequate fluid specially buttermilk; Take fiber rich food like green leafy vegetables, salads etc. Do regular exercise. For further assistance please call Sushruta Ano Rectal Institute.

you are suffering from Anal Fissure, sometimes anal fissure not cured by only any medication, Then u you should get Lateral Internal Sphincterotomy, its a very small mini painless surgical procedure which is very latest procedure and also Anal Dilatation is must for few days, after that you will never have a Fissure again. You'll be fine in just 10 days.
