Hi. I've been experiencing extreme pain during periods. It starts 1-2 days before, and my legs hurt a lot. Joint pains too. Elbow, knees, shoulders, ankles.
Sometimes I have constipation, sometimes diarrhea.
Nausea too, headache (migraines)
Is this normal?

ha... this is not normal. i understand how it feels , this is called as premenstrual syndrome, this is due to high sensitivity to hormones in your body,,, this needs a scan to rule out nothing is wrong in uterus and if so supportive therapy will do. getting pregnancy might give you a drastic relief post pregnancy
