  4. Pain during periods. I can adopt for?

Pain during periods
From past few months I am having my regular cycle of 28 days but with lot ofb pain on 3rd and 4th days strangely. This month, today I got very early periods with lot of pain and cramps in legs and stomach on the first day itself, which is not going. Is there any remedy I can adopt for? Any help would be great.

Dear in this period time u can use antispasmodic or nsaid for relief of ur pain what is ur weight?
