Get your throat checked by an ENT. If there’s any sort of infection appropriate antibiotics need to be started. You may also need to get a covid RTPCR test if deemed necessary.
What is the actual issue? Pain? Difficulty in swallowing? Or difficulty in opening the mouth,? Detailed history will help in arriving at the diagnosis. Unless the tonsil is inflamed and infected, it won't cause any harm.
