Pain during bowell movement
Pain during bowell movement and get settles by 1/2 hour after bowell movement, observed a small one external skin lag around anus. Is this anywhere linked to Piles and will it turn to Cancer?

Going by your symptoms looks like you are having external piles, visit surgeon, it will not turn cancerous
