Pain duning 7th week of pregnecy

I am 7 week pregnant roght now.Doctor said that my baby is very weak when they checked my ultrasound .in ultrasound baby is only 5 weeks 1 days at that time i was 6 week 4 days pregenent and my beta hcg was 4426 at that time .doctor prescribed me susten 300 tablet by taking this i have ache in my left leg knees.please prescribed me what should i do .i request u.
