Pain due to ureter stone
I have been suffering from pain for last 4days.so I went to doctor and doctor consult to do ultrasound, and the report result was ureter stone, size 3.8mm.so please suggest me can I get that stone out without doing operation. Can I get well at home itself without any treatment. Please suggest me I wanna get well

Small ureteric calculi less than 5 mm size around 30 percent times passes naturally
However if there is edema and narrowing at ureter it doesn't pass
Kindly do the following investigation
CBC
Creatinine
Urine routine
RBS
Next Steps
t.levoflox 500 mg X once daily X 7 days
t. veltam 0.4 mg daily night x5 days
syp Kcit 2 TSP TDS with glass of water X 7 days
Health Tips
if fever and persistence pain
consult on emergency basis
