Pain due to Piles after normal delivery
I am suffering from too much pain after bowel movement in anal area. Currently taking deflon 500 but pain has not reduced. I am breastfeeding so can anyone prescribe me a medicine which can reduce pain and suitable for breastfeeding mother.

Continue to take Daflon 500.
Use Shield ointment locally for relief of pain.
Avoid Spicy & oily food for some time.
Take tab. Ibufren for relief.
Apply Povidone iodine locally.
So sitz bath.
