I'm a smoker from 2012 and smoke 8-12 cigarettes a day from January I feeling pain in my chest and my back sometimes shoulder due to which my physician checks my ECG AND ECHO WHICH IS NORMAL and this is due to gas bt the pain persists than I go to orthopaedic dr. He told me that this is due to muscle Strain and bad posture and now I check myself to another dr. He said I have an infection in my mouth I'm little bit confused that what should I do sometimes cough and fever also there bt ve 3-4 dinn m thk ho jaate h and weight bhi loss nhi hua h plsss tell me what should I do I'm so much worried about it

firstly rule out cardiac pathology by a cardiologist..get TMT done..
if that is also negative than probably muscular..
take mild muscle relaxant with antacids..
and in any case..stop smoking

Take healthy diet
Plenty of water
Eat fruits daily
