  3. Pain chest and back. Pain on my abdomen!

Pain chest and back
I am 14 and have pain in both side of my chest and my upper back. I have no one in my family with heart problems. It feels like cramps, my heart beat is normal and i can breath normally, i went to my doctor, he said i had an intestinal infection he gave me antibiotics. But im still ancious cause i dont feel pain on my abdomen
