I am covid positive from past 5 days from yesterday i am having a stabbing behind my eye brows and high fever. Will doxycyline works in sinus infections or i need to take another antibiotics

The pain could be part of your covid infection itself. No need to take another antibiotic right now.. Wait one or two days and then physically consult a doctor if no relief
