Pain severe behind right ear back area with pain extending to right hands and index and middle finger. Numbness happens. A scan 10 months ago showed lymph node enlargement but benign.
Now the pain is severe

Well lymph node enlargement behind your ears may be due to any tooth infection, ear infection, viral fever,dandruff too..
But pain and numbness in your fingers may be due to any spinal issues like early spondylosis, cord compression etc,I suggest you to consult an orthopaedician at the earliest and get examined
