Pain at the end of my teeth.
I am having severe pain near the end of the mouth. I feel that it is because wisdom tooth is coming but I am not quite sure. I experience similar pain once in a couple of months but this time it is too severe and swollen from the side. Today blood is also coming out while brushing my teeth. I apply ice for the time being it is settled down but again it starts. Kindly suggest to me any good pain killer or any liquid to wash my mouth.

Good morning mam, I have gone through your description. No need to worry. Wisdom tooth is erupting between age of 17 to 25 years. Erupting Wisdom tooth causes swelling in gum. Pain increase while chewing. Pain increase while swallowing. You may have radiating pain in your ear neck and head. For pain relief, Warm salt water gargles. Maintain that area completely clean. Don't get food stuck over that area. You may have pain or get bleeding over that area while brushing it is quite normal. Medication:- Capsule Mox 500Mg 3times a day for 3 days. Tablet Brufen 400Mg 3times a day for 3 days. Avoid medicines if you have allergy from penicillin and ibuprofen.

What I can understand from your description is that you may be suffering from pericoronitis. In that case you need to get it treated soon. In the meantime you can start lukewarm salt water rinse thrice daily and medicated mouthwash rinse twice daily. Apply Hexigel on that area twice daily, leave it for 10 mins (do not swallow), then rinse it off.
Next Steps
Consult online or visit dentist.
Health Tips
Try to keep that area clean, brush properly. Photograph of the problem area helps.
