Pain at left ankle & 1st MTP joint
I have pain at my left leg mainly at feet Ball & ankle for last 8 months and gradually increasing at knee & upper portion. As a result, day by day not able to walk properly because of pain. Last 6-7 months I am under treatment MS Ortho. They have done X-RAY of left foot AP & left ankle joint / AP lateral view - Result hallux valgus deformity seen And other one is normal. Beside this various blood tests have also done by them and prescribed medicine etc but their all efforts are in vain. After that I am using toe separator .& medical arch support because of toe finger is being bent and also taking medicine. Now a days they are referring to neurosurgeon. Pls advise me how to do
