Pain around ribs area
I get severe pain feels like my lungs are being squeezed stomach is swollen and hard mainly after eating Indian or Chinese stomach is gurgling with hot sweats will not ease with inhaler or paracetamol

This could be lung related or simply gastric as its relation to food. Just get a chest X-ray and contact again.
