Pain around navel after a masterbation

Asked for Female, 35 Years

I now get pain around my stomach closer to my navel for two three days if I do masterbation... why is it happening? I did have a fissure in my anal area some years back, which was alright after some time. Whom should I see? Gynecologist or sexologist?
