Pain and uneasiness in chest.

Asked for Female, 22 Years

1- Pain in chest ( left side) 2- Shortness of breath and difficulty in breathing ( mostly during humid condition after shower of rain) 3- Had a contrast CT- Scan in which nodules found in my lungs .(doctor told it might be a mark of previous illness that too TB) Please let me know about the seriousness of matter, and whom should i consult.
