Pain and swelling in right hand
Pain and swelling in right hand fingers and palm. Took x-Ray but there is no problem in bone but still swelling and pain exist.

Pain and swelling in hand could be due many reasons . If you have taken xray on your own then I presume you had some sort of injury prior. If so then the X-ray is useful as it shows no fracture according to you. So the second suspicion would be of soft tissue injury. For which you need to give the hand absolute rest for at least 3-5 days. Preferably use a splint or crepe bandage. If injury is not the cause of your pain then you need to consult for further evaluation of why you have this swelling which might require some blood tests also.
Next Steps
apply ice 10min three times a day to reduce swelling, painkillers for some pain relief.
Health Tips
Give rest to the hand and avoid using it to lift objects. Do not let it hang on the side as it can increase swelling.
