Pain and stiffness in fingers. Pain?

I am suffering from very mild pain (as of now) and stiffness in little and ring fingers of both hands. Stiffness intensity will low during day , little hard in evening then low during Night. Doctors gave the names of this issue , first cubital tunnel syndrome, then c6 c7 never compression then Thoracic outlet syndrome. They tried all gabapanin varieties. Finally landed with Eliwel 10mg. Eliwel devloped constipation and weight gain that's all. All tests up to NCV shows normal report. If any of you are expert in this please let me know than calling for more tests, consultations Actually what causes little , ring and very rare fore finger pain?
