Hello sir. You have attached an opg that is seen. This is an x-ray, in which the actual clinical picture of the teeth and oral cavity is not visible. What can be made out from this x-ray is that you have generalised bone loss around your tetth, which can be one of the reasons for your teeth sensitivity. As with the bone loss, your gums also tend to recede, and your tooth roots get exposed, and you have sensitive teeth. To find out the exact reason for sensitivity, a thorough clinical examination and some tests are a must.
Next Steps
you can visit your nearby dentist and get a thorough checkup done, along with some thermal tests.
Health Tips
you should improve your brushing technique, and adopt a proper brushing technique, which will not harm your gums. also it is advisable to get the impacted wisdom teeth removed.
