Pain and discomfort while penetration

Question

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have been sexually active from past one year. But even now also I feel pain during penetration or discomfort. It lasts there till 5 to 10 seconds. This makes very difficult for me as I am being in fear every time that it will hurt plus it is impacting my life as well. Also till now I haven't even feel orgasm even after being sexually active for this long. Is this anything serious ? Please help. Thanks

You can use some lubricant jelly during intercourse ...mostly it's the fear of pain which causes vaginal muscles to spasm and cause pain during insertion ... As you r in fear of pain ...you are not able to enjoy sex and hence no orgasm.....it's normal ......more of foreplay might help .... If still pain persists ..meet a gynaecologist
