Most likely you have Dentinal Hypersensitivity, which is a very common condition. You may also have erosion or a cervical abrasion which a dentist will check in his/her office.
There are many toothpastes in the market for sensitive teeth that will give you relief.
If it persists even after 2 weeks of using it, I would recommend you to see a dentist and get it treated.
